Trying to find that perfect RP? Let them come to you!
This is a community for players looking for RP's. Do not post ads for RPs here, there are plenty of those already.
There is no set form for posting, but remember you're trying to find the best possible RP for you. Writers make sure to post your age, experience, contact information. Plots are what make an RP interesting - but let's face it, sex does too. Indicate what rating level you are comfortable writing at. Bad spelling, typos, poor grammar and webspeak can turn recruiters off very quickly, regardless of what you offer. If you post a sample, use an LJ cut or it will be deleted after one warning.
Tell them what's on your wish list! Make sure to check the rules for the game. See if there is a previous history to incorporate for the character you are applying for. Most importantly make sure that character is available. Applying for the character of the person who receives your application is not going to make a good impression. Read at least some of the RP so you have an idea of what you are getting into.
